Pavco Paving was founded in 2003 by a second-generation Colorado Springs concrete finisher who grew up watching his father pour sidewalks along North Nevada Avenue. What started as a two-truck crew has grown into one of the Pikes Peak region's most-requested sidewalk and flatwork specialists.
Today our 35-person team serves homeowners, property managers, schools, churches and small commercial clients across the City of Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Fountain, Monument, Security-Widefield, Falcon, Black Forest, Woodland Park and the surrounding El Paso, Teller and Douglas County communities.
We're licensed by the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, fully insured, and experienced with every requirement of the City of Colorado Springs Public Works concrete maintenance program - including city concrete inspection notices, permit pulls and inspection sign-offs.
